In a world still filled to the brim with raw primordial magic, the study of the arcane arts is an ancient yet ever growing and evolving field of knowledge. To behold magic is to wield the latent potential to change the world and mark yourself into history. Into the black depths at the back of beyond, one must go if one so wishes to rise beyond their oppressors; but does the price justify the reward?

At the heart of all things divine and corrupt lies the island of Entomos where all magic once poured into the world and showered its people with a strength like no other. One need not require the blessing of magic upon birth to wield its power, as everflowing and omnipresent as magic is now. Simply hold a enchanted tome and even the most feeble and meager goblin could reign flames and storms over kings and queens. Many an age later, the people of Entomos lie in ignorance and petty squabbles as the magic that they have taken for granted for now begins to threaten their own survival.

Natural events reminiscent of a time now gone echo into the present. Will the True Flow be severed from the world as it demands change?
