Dragonborn
Dragonborn, as their name implies, are reptilian, draconic humanoids, whose lineage can be traced back to the mighty dragons themselves, that originated on the continent of Sahulia. They are taller than your standard human on average, and can live well over a hundred years. Dragonborn and their culture is incredibly enigmatic, being isolationists, however dragonborn mercenaries and sell-swords are not unheard of - especially on Thiría.

History
The dragonborn were one of the first races to arrive on Entaria. It is said they were created from the scales of the Ur-Dragon during the Dragon-Giant war. Shortly after this time, the great oasis city of Drakkonopolis was constructed, and became the seat of power for the Dragonborn Empire. Before the Ruin, it is said the Ignalvus himself sat upon the throne and ruled the city. Now the charge of ruling the empire belongs to the Reyvolon dynasty – whose bloodline flows with the blood of true dragons. During the Yuant-ti conquest of the world, the dragonborn played a pivotal role in their defeat, and have hunted the serpents for centuries.
Despite how long they have existed on Entaria, the dragonborn had almost no contact with the lands beyond Sahulia and remained isolated for millennia. It wasn’t until after the defeat of the Yuan-ti invaders that they made contact with the outside world. While it is not uncommon to see dragonborn walking about the cities of Arinoth and Arden, they still keep many secrets to themselves. Due to the remote locations of their homeland, the near impossible pilgrimage to these places, and the aloof nature of this race, much remains unknown about dragonborn society.
