History

The Keepers were founded in 1e y12 by Sadiqe Khali. She was considered the most pure and holy of the order and was thus granted immense power from Ithlia, thus her teachings have survived for so long, regarded as near law by members. Sadiqe often went on pilgrimages, spreading her power far across Enon and created many holy shrines in honor of Ithlia. Many of these shrines are lost to the world now and have been forgotten, but its still believed, that when meditated at by one who is pure, Sadiqe will come and grant the one meditating inner peace and show the path to purity.

Enrollment

Enrollment to The Keepers is by being chosen during a proceeding. The would-be student is then given a series of tests and pilgrimages they must undertake to gain full access and become a student. Then they must choose their path. Divine Servant, Historian, or follow of the Path of Purity.

Historians and Practitioners

The Keepers are also highly regarded as historians throughout Enon, hosting grand libraries and sponsoring smaller libraries throughout the land. They collect, translate, categorize, and archive every possible type of text and historical document one can imagine.
