The Oculus (Toft)

Purpose / Function

• The Oculous was built by the Videos to provide them a safe place to practice their arts, far from the prying eyes of their fellow Gandbera. Located above the city in the mountains and accessible by a single footpath, the Oculus serves that need.
• There is a rumor that under the Oculus there is a vast vault full of prophecy that covers every sentient being in Enga. If the rumors are right, and if one could gain access to this vault, they could see the entire future of their life. At least, that is the rumor.

Architecture

• A short, round grey tower made of stone form on site. Three stories tall from the outside, with at least 1 underground level. There are rumors that the underground levels are almost as widespread as the entire city, but there is no confirmation of this. Keen observation has shown far more mages coming and going than the building can support, so there must be something that the Videns aren’t sharing.
• The Roof of the Oculus is milk white.
