End of the World

A post-apocalyptic Earth, overrun by tyrants trying to regain order of the communities. A select few children are chosen for the S.O.F program at birth based on a criteria of possible outcomes when the child becomes of legal age.   The laws forbid those in the program from showing themselves to the general population, only to act as a secret police to keep the peace of the archaic lands.
