1711 New Common (7000+ AD)

The year is 1711 New Common (7000+ AD). Humanity is spread throughout the Emmway (Milky Way) galaxy through DNA manipulation, terraformation, and various method of "faster than light" travel.   Humanity have yet to, however, encounter a truly alien life form. What instead filled the space is various human quasi-subspecies whose DNA are altered to survive the planet they live in.   In this "new" age, various nations and factions have emerged to fulfill their self-appointed role. Some seeks to provide and protect their people, whatever the means. Others, to make as much profit as possible. A few, however, seeks more noble purpose; and yet what one claims noble most often can and will be seen nefarious by others.   -----   In this world I'm trying to build a narrative where the world is as grand as it is detailed. What i mean is i'm setting up a world with as many interesting factions that each has their own goal while maintaining the focus of the little people doing what they can to survive and prosper under the condition they are in.
