Verity Greenthumb

Verity Greenthumb owns Verity's Verdant Variety . She is a Halfling with busy grey hair partially hidden by her gardening hat. She is "traditionally built" and wears overalls, chambray shirts and a leather apron full of occasional garden tools. She knows everything there is to know about vegetables. Because she is a Halfling there are many elves who think of her as simple, but she is anything but. She knows most of what goes on in the city. She has a soft spot for those who feel on the outside as well...children who look hungry find that she has a constant supply of "bruised" apples that she won't be able to sell, mothers often find they pay less for their groceries than they imagined they would, and she will hire just about anyone for a day to work in her gardens in exchange for a generous basket of food at the end of the day. She and Tippin Tappin often have coffee together in the evenings.
