Le Pub

A homey, cozy pub where the servants come to meet and chat. The better, nicer kind of servants that is. This pub is surprisingly light and bright, with a fire going only on the coldest days. The tables are round and seat four (they are lovely pieces of furniture from Splinter's Wood Goods ). The face of the business is Larkspur Boniface, the beautiful but somewhat stern matron of the establishment. She employs a few serving girls and a dishwasher and a cook, and runs a tight ship. The table cloths are always pressed and there is almost a much tea ordered here than beer. It is a favourite stop for some of the morally strict of the Island. Even Rockflint Fernleaf has been seen stopping by for a cup of tea from time to time. A good place to go if you want to hear people talking very politely about what everyone else is doing wrong.
