Cornflower Lower-Courts Judiciary
The Cornflower Lower-Courts Judiciary, or Lower-Courts, is the long-standing, apolitical, legal council of the Cornflower judicial system. While the judges are not appointed by election, they are chosen by already sworn-in judges or elected officials from the Cornflower Upper-Courts Legislative. The Lower-Courts are responsible for settling district-management, criminal cases, civil cases, and familial cases.
