Burger Palace
There's been a chain of fast food places known as Burger Palaces popping up around Elmwood Port. Their logo is that of a smiling pig dressed up as a server at their own restaurant surrounded by a giant burger. It's a decent place where you can get decently eatable food for a lower price than usual. It's certainly not nutrituous, but it's good for a quick meal, a night out, or if you can't afford pricier meals.
Except there have been some weird rumors going around about the place. They say the food is weirdly addictive. That some people go there more times than they should even if they have other options, or order more food than they could feasibly eat in even a week. And when we described them as "popping" up we really do mean it. They sometimes show up overnight to the point where you could even have one on the corner of a few roads, and then another across the street from it. Some of our people have even reportably seeing the same logo in the corner of windows of drugstores or supermarkets as if they were in charge of far more than just a restaurant. Though it is concerning that some of them were definitely not there the even a day before.
When asked to comment on his restaurants oddities the engimatic CEO of the chain Chaim Messalina merely laughed and expressed his profound desire to see to it that no one ever feels hungry again. This has been his constant platform when talking to people or doing grand openings of buildings. He mentions it almost too much, but his smile is as infectious as the food, and you almost hope that he truly is doing the right thing. We are not sure. With all the other things popping up in our city lately it all seems too good to be true. Terrible things can still come from the best intentions after all.
