The Hand Maidens

Nearly 50 years ago, a young woman by the name of Grace del Chaney was forced to watch her parents be murdered. She was then taken from her home by a group of adventurers and forced to travel with them. One of the members was a fallen Paladin that went by the name Luis del Chaney and he followed the God Torak. Over the next few weeks, Grace's fear began to subside and she began to like the group of men that "rescued" her from her terror. One day she even came to the aid of Luis and fell the foe that was attacking him. 
On Grace's 16th birthday, Luis asked her if she would like to take the blood oath of Torak. With a huge smile and a tear running down her cheek, she accepted. That night, during the worst storm in centuries, Grace was reborn as a Knight of Torak. She traveled with the group for a few more years until she turned 19 and then decided to go out on her own. By this time, her power was stronger than any knight before her. 
During Graces first week on her own, she came upon a slave wagon holding five young elven women. She could tell by the looks of them that there captor was not kind and used them in ways no person should ever be used. Within minutes, Grace was charging the wagon and had the fat greasy man pinned on the ground. After cobbling him, she let out the abused elf maidens and let them do what they wanted for a change. 
Two months later, Grace and her new "friends" roamed the land, taking what they wanted and not caring who was in their way... and were known as the Hand Maidens.

Mikelann , also known as Markessa the Black, is the matriarch of the Coven as well as the leader of the Lizardmen and Bullywugs from the Marsh of Chelimber.

Tanva spends her days in the Serpent Hills where she rules over the Warring Tribes of Gnolls. She is known as Markessa the Gold by those that are in her inner circle.

Telaril lives high in the Troll Hills that are filled with marauding bands of cave trolls. To her sisters, she is known as Markessa the Blue.
