Human (Hyoo-mun)

Humans are a species of mammals known for their technological and linguistical capabilities.   Considering this is a real-world species, WHICH YOU INDEED ARE A PART OF, I don't think I need to tell you about them, but if you want to know more about the real-world versions, check the Wikipedia page.

Basic Information

Biological Traits

The race of Elemages have a much more varied skin tone than other races, and their skin tone changes drastically throughout the year: for example, in winter most have very pale peach skin, and in winter most have very dark olive skin.

Ecology and Habitats

There are hundreds of locations only Elemages can see, known as Magian locations. These can range anywhere from a market city to a dark forest. There are also these locations in the seven seas, on planets, on dwarf planets and on moons. The mages have also colonized Antarctica.   There are:
  • Dungeons
  • Haunted manors
  • Infinite locations (that go on forever or loop around)
  • Towers
  • Fantastical forests (maybe filled with medieval monsters, maybe made out of mushrooms or candy)
  • Settlements (Cities, Towns, Villages, etc.)
  • Other biomes (like beaches, caves, deserts, plains, tundras)
  • Temples and sacrificial locations
  • Laboratories
  • Markets
  • Battlefields
  • Prisons
  • And many more...
Dozens of these Magian locations are composed of cities, towns and settlements.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

The sub-race of Elemages has the ability to use a power associated with one of 15 elements. It is much more complicated than that, however.   Elements: Fire (Flame, Heat, Lava) Ice (Snow, Cold, Frost) Water (Aqua, Liquid, Hydration) Wind (Air, Sky, Breeze) Nature (Plants, Animals, Greenery) Earth (Ground, Rock, Stone) Electricity (Lightning, Thunder, Shock) Dark (Black, Shadow, Shade) Light (Purity, White, Bright) Brain (Smarts, Wisdom, Intelligence) Body (Strength, Muscles, Power) Healing (Health, Wellbeing, Medical) Magic (Sorcery, Witchcraft, Wizardry) Time (Moments, Phase, Period) Space (Area, Motion, Teleportation)   There are about 527 different powers an Elemage can have. Some powers are limited to one element, but some can belong to multiple elements. There can only be one mage of each element and power combination in 600,000 squared kilometers. So, for example, if there's a Dark mage with the ability to bend shadows from one area, there can only be one from in that 600,000km, but there could be another of that combo more than 600,000km2 away.   The elements are genetic, so, for example, if your mother is 3/4 Ice and 1/4 Electricity but your dad is a full Time mage, chances are you're going to be a Time mage. If a mage goes to another region where there's a mage of the same element AND power, over the course of 2 months, the 1st mage's magic will slowly fade. If they go back to their original region or one that doesn't have their combo in 600,000km2 under 2 months, their magic will come back in under 2 weeks. The 2nd mage will not be affected.   There are 15 different types of gemstones in this world that have special properties. Each one has an aligned element, and if a mage touches the gemstone of their element up to another mage doing the same thing with theirs, the two souls will intertwine into a new body, a mix of the two mages. This is called an Elemerge, and Elemerges have the powers of both the souls. Some people live their whole lives as Elemerges, but most change back by ripping out the gemstones, which have been combined into the Elemerge's chest
