Baumgar
A long stretch of land located between the Spirit Kingdoms and Aeonia.
Council of advisors, Wards of those outside the main region of Stapleton.
Each of the 16 Regions in Baumgar pay homage to the Queen of Baumgar and provide gold, troops, ships, horses, lumber, gems, ore, and other tangible wealth. More importantly, it is believed that the three Ovar-Battled gods, Qwibron, Skitari, and Esme-Char actually live on the Material Plane and call Baumgar their home. The might of having gods that call the lands of Baumgar their home is said to be the reason that Baumgar has never been invaded by another Realm.

Baumgar itself is one of the three most wealthy Realms in all of Elednom, but also one of the largest. History
Titans’ Crusade: There are not many dwarves in the region; most were slaughtered centuries ago in the Titans’ Crusade (A.K.A. the War of Giants). This near-total genocide can be reflected by the fact that most dwarves seen in the region are Firestrikers (whose homeland is over two thousand miles away), and not the native (standard) dwarves of Baumgar.
World Location
Aeonia is to the West of Baumgar and Chong to the East (which is part of The Spirit Kingdoms, also known as The Eastern Realms).Native Humans
Halmaschi (Holsken)
The Halmaschi also known as the Holsken (for their language known as Holske), or simply “the Baumgar”, are lean and tall with prominent noses and deep set eyes. Their hair tends to be fairly thick and wavy in shades of brown, with red shades and black being less common. The Halmaschi are close trade allies with any who would do honest trade, especially with their adjacent allies in Aeonia. They have recently created a trade route with Kataru and the Kingdom of Patholandia.Language: The language of Baumgar is Holske, a language of hard consonants and noticeable exhalations of air through the teeth. Many Halmaschi also speak Aeonian and at least dabble in Skayan.
Racial Adjustments: +1 Charisma, –1 Dexterity. Halmaschi are quite friendly despite their tall and fierce appearance (the deep set eyes tend to unnerve foreigners), but tend to be a little uncoordinated and lanky.
Kepsgertorina-skaya
The Kepsgertorina people are mostly found in Baumgar, but they originated from the Northern Lands, once known as Skaya. They are also known as the Skayan people or the Winterfolk for their love of the cold climates (and these names are much easier for non-Kepsgertorina to pronounce). The Everfrost drove these cold-acclimated people out of the north (as well as other, less spoken of, horrors). The Draliz, Lang, and Angkloss (see Aeonia, below) are believed to be close racial cousins of the Skayan people, migrating from Skaya thousands of years ago.The Winterfolk vary in physical appearance—from short to tall, blonde to black hair, and eyes of blue, green, hazel, or brown. They can have the palest of skin tones to a tan that is nearly brown.
Language: Many are fluent in Holske, it often being their first language. However, the native tongue of the Skayan people is Korvylenko, and the Skayan people fear it will disappear into one of the “old-tongues” since they no longer have a true homeland. Therefore, many Kepsgertorina-skaya perpetuate Korvylenko as much as possible and although thankful for the new homeland of Baumgar, try to hold onto their mother-tongue. Korvylenko is also called Skayan.
Racial Adjustments: +1 Constitution, –1 Charisma. The hard north has chiseled the Skayan into a tough people, both in body and being.
