Average Technological Level

rather feudal, they still use forges and make many things with the hand instead of factories like in the more north western countries. Don't underestimate them however their symbiotic relationship with the dragons of the south east make them a powerful foe in war. Their numbers are many and their habit of not questioning the state makes them in a well oiled machine.

Common Customs, Traditions and Rituals

The luutark don't question authority much, according to their beliefs the dragons they serve are actual gods that came down from the sky to bring order to their normally chaotic life. The dragons promise Fraedom a land where both luutark and dragons can live in utter bliss. To achieve this the dragons made their divine plans and the Luutark work to see it done. So as long as it is in the name of Fraedom, the Luutark will do anything.
They believe other sentient species are not part of the Fraedom and are thus wortheless, other species within their borders are often worked to death, those outside get raided often. And thanks to their dragon overlords this raiding range is rather big.

Interspecies Relations and Assumptions

They believe dragons are gods that came down to their lands to help them build an utopia named Fraedom. Relations with many other species is tense at best. All others are considered infidels or not part of the Fraedom project and thus a blockade to their utopia.
