27/01/2020: Widows Isle
General Summary
The party made camp near the Widows Tower and discussed the letters they received that drew them to the Isle.
At Dawn they broke camp, using Nohays Squirrel Spy Network to scout the Daemons Knot and locate a side entrance. Nohay made a map on the back of a scroll of Thunderwave
They entered the prison, Nohay had a run-in with a displacer beast.
No-hay, Looted some arrowheads from the armoury. A lot of arrowheads.
They opened a door to see a Minotaur Skeleton, Posie launched an arrow inside its skull and Nohay jumped on its back to blind it. (How does something without eyes see anyway?). The minotaur lodged itself into a wall directly over Thorin. Thorin took its head off. Azariah threw some Javelins. None hit.
The party entered the kitchen and positioned some meat which as left outside in the yard for the dumb cats.
No-hay made a claymore out of a scroll of thunder wave and the arrowheads.
The party moved into the Medical wing and destroyed the Necromancers totem. Which kept a lot of the undead animated.
They looted two potions of healing.
They spotted the Necromancer and the two displacer beasts and activated the make-shift claymore.
The Claymore did not do as much damage as expected but still wounded the Displacers.
The party runs to the yard to fight the enemy.
