A long time ago , Mayhem , the ruler of the underworld and all the resides within it , grew tired of ruling the underworld, for he wanted his reign to expand further into the depths of the universe . Mayhem sent to earth his seven children , Wukong , the fearsome monkey king , Nijaar , the demon child , Vasuki, the serpent king , Mammon , the demon of greed , Lilith , the mother of seduction, Dante , the demon of fire , and Aries , the mighty wolf of mischief . They were tasked to find the garden of Indra on Earth , which leads to the heavens . Upon hearing this , The Supreme Being , the one above all and the creator of all things , sent to earth seven of his own children , later known as the Elders . Thor , the god of thunder and lightning, Azula , the dancing goddess , Susano, the ruler of storms and oceans , Freya , the goddess of nature and beauty , Vomir, the warrior of light , Apollo , the son god and Athena , the goddess of wisdom . Together they were to protect the garden of Indra from the children of the apocalypse . This war lasted 14 days and 14 nights , scorching the skies with red and blue alike . On the 14th night , Wukong the monkey king hid himself in a village as a human, realising he was too weak and would soon need to return to the underworld to regain his strength , he procreated with one of the women in the village , advising his 6 brothers and sisters to do the same , they all hid in different villages disguised as humans and planted their seeds across the lands , in hopes that their descendants will find the garden of Indra with their godlike given abilities . The Elders , getting too weak to defend the realm themselves, quickly realised what the children were doing and quickly planted their seeds as well , for they too would need to ascend to the heavens above to regain their strength . This war was later known as the 14 Days of Mayhem .
