Government

Lord Jedd Bennett and his group of six advisers answer to Eastrock. Lord Bennett is a greedy, pompous man who lives in luxury, and there is a moderate level of disdain towards him from his people. They feel the tobacco they export is taxed way too harshly by their Lord and that the farmers aren't getting their fair share.

Fulstow has a strong militia and a notable military that answers to Eastrock. They have one of the strongest calvary units in the realm, even for the town's small size. Total manpower of the war force is around 350 men, and 150 horses.

Defences

Only the Lord's castle is walled with stone. Town center and the tobacco warehouses have a 12' tall palisade wall. There is both a stone guard tower and small barracks at either end of the town, along the main road.

Industry & Trade

Most smoking tobacco in Efria originates from Fulstow. The town makes a considerable amount of money through these exports. There is also a reputation for producing high quality draft-horses and oxen, and they sell for good money. There is a moderate presence of livestock husbandry.

Infrastructure

The town sprawls out into the valley, with clusters of farms and homes. There is an average town center with the buildings you would expect. Unique to Fulstow is the presence of tobacco farms and industry. The Fulstow Smokehouse is run by a frail, wrinkly man with a raspy voice named Tabber Rawlings.

The Sweetleaf Inn is run by a kind, cross-eyed Efrian named Vanessa. Dilgoth, a hill dwarf with a long black beard, owns the Smoke & Lager Pub.

Geography

Fulstow sits in the middle of a large, smooth valley of grassland. There are a few patches of trees and shrubbery but for the most part it is an open, windy area.

Natural Resources

The black soil is of enough quality to support premier tobacco farming and above average food crop. The grasslands enable livestock herding.
