A world scorched and pocketed by war, civilizations have risen and fell. In these ways it is not to dissimilar to our own; though in other ways the difference is striking. Long ago in some far off dimension a explosion of magical energy tore through the dimensional plane. Destroying the dimensions nearest to its origin. Luckily for Eelo it was just far enough away that the power from this dimensional explosion only cracked it, rather than ripping it asunder. This was long ago though, the people and governments of Eelo have risen with the chaotic effects of the event. Many are lost to dimensional horrors and anomalies, but to them this is an every day occurrence. The demon slayers of her lands are always hard at work keeping the cities safe and the water clean. With all of these threats though mans greatest enemy has always been its greed. More empires have fallen to that than to the demons.
