Go straight to the top floor

Making your way up the spiral staircase to the top floor, you immediately notice the stillness of death in the air.
The door to the Library Services Manager's office is ajar and spattered with blood. (It's fake blood, don't worry, this is just a story, remember?)
On the floor lies Jeannie Filney, the glamorous Library Services Manager. You notice that her throat had been cut, which explains the spattering. Her computer is unlocked, and you can see that she has been googling a news report about a convicted criminal named Hell Badman.
On close inspection, you see that Jeannie has written four letters on the white wall with her blood. H, E, and two Ls
