Gyliam Warda is the currently elected mayor of the small hamlet of Stone Dale.

Several months ago during a thunder storm, Mayor Warda swears that he saw a large tower outside of the towns borders. According to him, he saw its silhouette when lighting struck. However he is the only one to claim to have seen this, and his claims are met with hesitant dismissal. Many of his people have begun to loose faith in him, assuming he is beginning to go senile.
