Eclasier

The world of Eclasier was spun by the work of seven gods. These gods made elves, dwarves, giants, ogres and goblins but they did not make men. The origin of the human race in this world is a mystery, and with no gods to give them guidance they lived nomadic tribal lives of hunting and gathering. This ended with the ascension. The holy matron Irre donned the mantle of godhood two hundred years ago, and since then humanity has had a divine protector and guiding light. This burgeoning people have grown so far, building new towns and traditions to mark their arrival on the world stage.   The eternal elves in their sung spires have dominated Eclasier since time immemorial. Their immortal souls allow them every advantage in dealing with other races, and while they are not cruel they can appear cold and detached in their dealings with others. They now eye warily this newly unified people of short-lived brutes, wondering how long it will take for them to reach their borders.
