E.I.R.O

The E.I.R.O, or Ecko Investigation and Research Organization, is a nearly world wide organization devoted to the investigation and research of Ecko and those with it. They have bases all across Zunon as well as in Nisel and Treswell on Amera. E.I.R.O was started in Zunon in the nation of Skyfel shortly after the Zunon war, when they were able to get a grant to help them in their research. Over the next 10 years they have spread a considerable amount, having 4 Bases in Skyfel, 5 more in the rest of Zunon and two in Amera. Many of these buildings are pretty similar, except Nisel, Amera and Goldwell, Zunon whish are information centers, and Maretel and Gulaugh in Zunon which are advanced research centers. The information centers hold copies and originals of all the E.I.R.O resarch and history. The advanced Research centers have the most up todate technology and recourses for deeper analysis Their mission, while somewhat well meaning isn't went about with Ecko's( people with ecko) in mind. Their primary method of research involves having Eckos to take samples from and test on, which means they have to get Eckos. Most of the time they are able to make a deal with the government, to be able to take any Eckos they find, generally the leaders are happy to have them gone, only the occasional leader refuses, typically because they feel threatened by their Prescence. There are however sometimes when Ecko kids will get dropped off at their door by presumably their parents. Of course a lot of these Eckos will be unhappy with this situation and violent, because of this and the nature of their work the E.I.R.O has made multiple new discoveries that help not only them but other sects of science as well. Some of these have been, more advanced anesthetics, Running shoes, and better copying methods for documents.
