Ned Shakeshaft

Ned is a human who was kidnapped by smugglers and held prisoner within the Haunted House. He was rescued by the party during the events of Session 3.
Ned is an applicable person for our Sidekick Rules.
Ned uses the spy statblock. But he doesn't think of himself as a spy. He doesn't spy on people.
