Declaration of State

This declaration was signed by King Henry I, in Thronbourin, Valdera, on the 25th of Eleint.

“I, King Henry I of Thronbourin, attest to this document being truthful and honest, that I mean to deliver this to be what it is said to be.”

“In this here declaration, I, King Henry I, declare that the province of Valdera no longer shall be known as the province of Valdera, that I intend to change it, that it shall be called something knew. That the province of Valdera long has stood by the provinces of Terandlia and Dormantisa, the Union of Three being still and forever strong, that Ornaldirin will never fall. Valdera will, however, stay true to herself, and I, King Henry I, will remain the ruler of this here land, in all her glory, in all her honor. For Valdera does not fall, not when Eladrin stood as threat nor when Dormantisa threatened her borders. I, King Henry I, will hereby declare, so in words on this here paper as on the lips of many, that the province of Valdera shall no longer be known as such, and hence shall be known as the Kingdom of Valdera.”

At the bottom: signed by King Henry I, with the wax seal of former province of Valdera, together with the seal of the King of Ornaldirin, and smudges of red in the far right corner.

Purpose

The purpose of this document was for the King of Valdera, King Henry I, to declare the Kingdom of Valdera as sovereign. King Henry I was terrible man hated by all, and this document was riddled with errors in wording and filled to the brim with text for the purpose of boring the person reading it, giving him full control of the people.
