Unbridled Emotion

You target a creature within range and cause it to be overwhelmed with emotions for the duration. If it fails a Wisdom saving throw, it takes 1d6 psychic damage, and you can choose one of the following:

• Anger The target is consumed by reckless rage. On its turn, it uses its action to make melee attacks with advantage against anything within range. Attacks against it have advantage.
• Fear The target becomes fear- and distrustful. It is frightened of the creature closest to it, tries to move as far away from it as it can and won't accept help from anyone.
• Laughter The target finds everything hilarious and laughs loudly. It falls prone, is incapacitated and can't stand up. Creatures with an Intelligence of 4 or less are unaffected.
• Lethargy The target is tired of everything. Its speed is halved and it is incapacitated.

For the duration, you can use an action to deal an additional 1d12 psychic damage to the target.
At the end of each of its turns, the target can repeat the save, and whenever it takes damage from any other source than this spell, it can repeat the save with advantage. If you cast the spell at higher levels, it can target an additional creature for every level above 1st.
