The Mourning Circle

The cult of the Mourning Circle sprung up around Erlomel, an outcast from the Last War. This surprisingly charismatic Half-Orc has brought many who seek and question the unknown to his side after his discovery of an ancient complex of arcane study, in the Undercity and tunnels beneath Stormreach.
Erlomel styles himself as high priest and chosen of the Dragon Below, claiming he hears whispers of secrets long forgotten. He has shown an unnatural skill at locating many things the cult needs. And promises his followers many of whom are the cities downtrodden and refugees from the last war, that in time he will grant them the power to strike back at those who have wronged them.
The cult is based out of the ruins of an ancient complex, sequestered away in the city's undercity.
