Volaar Draal
Thousands of years ago the Dhakaani clans carved their fortresses into the roots of the Seawall Mountains. Volaar Draal, the stronghold of the Kech Volaar, is hidden deep beneath the peaks and crags. Its vast subterranean halls contain fields of cultivated fungus that produce food for the city, forges for the daashor, libraries and vaults to house the relics of the empire, and a great cavern in which Kech Volaar troops perform battle drills. The stonework easily matches the best the dwarves of the Mror Holds can produce, though not every tunnel is worked stone, the Dhakaani are all about efficiency, they do not waste energy building where it is not needed.
Few outsiders are permitted to enter the halls of the Kech Volaar. Within it's libraries and vaults are the most complete records of Dhakaani history that currently exist, the Kech Volaar obsessively recorded everything they could before the Kapaa'vola, and they treat preserving this knowledge as their greatest duty.
