Lower Menthis Plateau

Lower Menthis Plateau is a stereotypical entertainment district in a metropolitan city. The streets are always crowded, even during the night, and the entertainment on offer here is often saucier than one would find elsewhere in the city. The Diamond Theater is located in Lower Menthis Plateau.

Center Bridge

Center Bridge is a residential district, located directly beneath the University District in Upper Menthis Plateau. A good number of its residents are students at Morgrave University, as accomodation in Center Bridge is generally much cheaper than it is higher up in the city, and getting to the campus from Center Bridge is just a short walk and a ride on the lift.

Downstairs

Downstairs is located on the western side of the plateau, next to Center Bridge, and is a rather rowdy district. Most of the businesses in Downstairs are taverns or other establishments that serve alcohol, and so there are often drunken revelers present at all hours of the day (and being in the lower city, it's always pretty dark anyway.)

Diamond Theater

Downstairs is also home to the Diamond Theater, a relatively new establishment that competes with the theaters even in the upper city. It's a large building that can seat 1000 guests comfortably, but arguably much of it's success can be attributed to the resident playwright Luca Syara. In 998 YK, the Diamond Theater was the target of a terrorist attack by the Swords of Liberty, which forced it to review it's security practices and implement baggage searches for those entering the building, which has drawn some derision from would-be theater goers.
