Daanvi

Daanvi, the Perfect Order, is the plane of order. Everything lives and moves in perfect harmony in Daanvi, there is a kind of rhythm to the plane that causes everything to happen in sync. Creatures unconsciously move to this beat, every foot striking the ground at the same moment, as if moving in time with a perfect, invisible metronome. It is possible to break the pattern, but it takes a conscious effort to do so and a lapse in concentration will cause you to move to the rhythm again as your instincts scream at you to fall in line and be part of the greater whole.
Daanvi represents order and discipline, and shows how structure can create enduring systems. It also shows that the pursuit of order can crush individuality and stifle innovation, if everyone is part of a well oiled machine, there is no room to break the pattern and grow. It is both sides of the coin, it is the law that serves justice, but also the endless layers of beaurocracy that get in the way of justice. Daanvi is all of these things, law, order, and tyranny.
The impulse to conform influences every creature in Daanvi, it's impossible to knowingly tell a lie, and there is no true randomness in Daanvi. Everything is inherently reliable, random chance is a manifestation of chaos. Perhaps reflecting our own perception of time when embroiled in beaurocratic systems, time in Daanvi moves faster than it does on Eberron. For every 10 minutes that pass in Daanvi, only a minute passes on Eberron.
All of the native creatures of Daanvi embody some aspect of order, or exist to be bound by it. Modrons, angels, and devils all reside in Daanvi, and most of them perform administrative tasks that keep the plane running. One might wonder what purpose they are working towards, and they would tell you that the order is the purpose. Nearly every creature in Daanvi follows an unwavering routine, doing the same things at the same time, in the same way, every single day. Each immortal spirit in Daanvi has a jurisdiction, and they are powerless to act outside of it, they are just as much prisoners of the law as they are enforcers of it. The immortals of Daanvi are embodiments of the very concept of law, and they can't be compelled to act against their nature.
Daanvi is composed of hundreds of layers, each of them embodying some aspect of law or order. They can vary widely, from a well run and managed train station to the universe's most well organized library, to an inescapable prison. Time is consistent across these layers, though they each operate on their own independent schedules.
