Changeling

Changelings are a race of shapeshifters that live among the other races, blending in among them. They're commonly found in large cities, and their talents are sought after for use as entertainers, spies, adventurers or less legal purposes. Some changelings instead choose to live in stable communities and are open about what they are, whilst others live in nomadic communities that hide what they are from outsiders.
There are three common philosophical beliefs among changelings, relating to their changeable forms, and these philosophies guide many aspects of their lives.
Passers are changelings who wish to fit in with society, and they live life in only a single form, or at least suppress their shapeshifting abilities to better fit in. Some changelings view passers with contempt, and believe they are wasting the gifts they were born with in their desire to be accepted.
Becomers are changelings that believe their shapeshifting abilities are to be used, and will possess many different shapes and identities. They take the concept of a dual life to the extreme, and some of them will successfully live as several different people for years at a time.
Seekers are changelings that are convinced there is a great truth that only changelings can discover. They suppress their shapeshifting even more than passers do, and prefer to live with other changelings.
Changelings do not manifest dragonmarks.
