Central Plateau

True to it's name, Central Plateau rests on the plateu in the center of Sharn. It's largely an upper-middle class district, and in the upper levels it houses the city government and the embassies from other nations. Central Plateau is the wealthiest district in Sharn, and this is reflected in the higher than average presence of the Sharn Watch.
