It will soon be the four year anniversary of the Day of Mourning. It is likely, given the past few years, that the pauper prince will give a speech to his gathered subjects.
This represents probably our best opportunity to deal with him, he'll be out in the open.
Make it clean, he's a royal but from what we've seen he's not the worst of them. He probably doesn't deserve to suffer more than he already has. Limit collateral damage and remember the cause, our problem is with the monarchy, not with Cyre. We're liberating these people.
