Johnathan Eisenhorn

Johnathan was born son of Priest Eisenhorn, of the Cult of the Machine. Priest Eisenhorn the leader of the Cult but married an outsider who was viewed by the group as not respecting of their ways. Shortly after Johnathan's birth, Priest Eisenhorn was killed by the cult and his Mother, Maria, along with him was exiled to the streets of Making. Eventually he and his mother found refuge in the slums, and he was raised according to the Cult of the Machines teachings in Isolation. Today, he wishes to spread the word of the Cult, and the Impending doom of the world as we know it, clearing his fathers name so he can once again return home.

General Physical Condition

Medium build, nearly 6 feet tall.

Personal history

Exiled as a child with his mother from their group, raised mostly in isolation, but continued to learn the ways, and teachings. According to cult belief, flesh is week, and it will be a lifelong goal, to shed his mortal skin, at the age of 22 he began this process, having his flesh and blood hand replaced with the Brass, and steel hand that is present today.

Education

Raised, and taught by his mother, learned mostly language, mathematics, and sciences, with little need for history, and social sciences.

Employment

Found work as a handy man after leaving work, tinkering, and repairing anything from Home devices like Vacuums, and sinks to Manufacturing lines, and Black market items such as guns, and prosthetic.

Morality & Philosophy

The general beliefs of the Cult can be summarized as All Machines, and Technology have their own spirit, that need to be worshiped, and respected. if they aren't, Return to the Web Way, never to return leaving all technology useless and broken, triggering a total breakdown of civilization as it's known today. Ways the Cult pays their respect to the machine spirit is through zealous maintenance of Machines, and technology, and by altering their bodies in order to physically become more machine like through prosthetic, and body augmentation.

Overwhelming urge to tinker with machines, and technology to try and improve, and maintain it. little social experience makes him feel awkward when made to lead conversations, and speak in front of groups of strangers

Organic bits could use some work, but I do an alright job. Prosthect bits are perfect, polished, lubricated, and well maintained several times a day.

Mother (Mary Eisenhorn) - Still alive, but aging. Learned of the machine cult through her husband, but never became a full member. Has latent Sorcery, but never fully manifested   Father (Abraham Eisenhorn) - Once Archpriest of the Cult, known as a Tech Priest Dominus He was a gifted sorcerer, and Engineer, Helping to establish new cult locations throughout Khorvaire. Assassinated by the lower council of the Cult.   Todays Cult leadership - Once known at the Council of the Machine, they where the check to the Tech priest Dominus' power Made up of four members Tech priests Dorian, Locrian, Lydian, and Phrygian. Lydian, a friend of Abraham's opposed his killing, and was demoted from the group to the rank of Vanguard, after his death.   Lydian - Once a friend of Abrahams, and a member of the 4th member of the council, after his assassination she was kicked from the council, and demoted to a lowly Vanguard.
