House Deneith

House Deneith is the unopposed military house of the Dragonmarked Houses and currently holds in a very close first the largest military in Eberron. That is only one aspect of House Deneith because they also act as the "unofficial" law enforcement of Khorvaire.

Structure

House Deneith operates more in the lines of a Military then a corporation with the House Matriarch taking on the title of General.
The current leader of the house is General Johanna d' Deneith and below her is her war council.
Her war council includes the heads of The Chimerian Forces, The Sentinels and The Labyrinth.

Public Agenda

It is no secret that conflict is profitable for House Deneith, so when push comes to shove they solve most of their problems with violence.
Since General Johanna d' Deneiths takeover ten years ago she has swore to the people of Khorvaire that she will help create a world without terror or crime.

Assets

House Denith is the largest arms dealer and manufacture in all of Eberron.
They also have multiple strongholds in all major mega-cities in Khorvaire and use the Labyrinth in the Demon Wastes as their main headquarters.
They also have flying bases and military vehicles unmatched by their rivals.

History

House Deneith were once just a militant noble family in the north eastern area of Khorvaire around the time the first humans began to manifest dragonmarks in -2600. With the Mark of Sentinel empowering their military might, Clan Deneith waged a campaign of conquest throughout the western region of what is now known as Karrnath. In the end, it was only famine that prevented them from creating an empire out of Karrnath. Though not a member of the house, Karrn the Conqueror was born in clan Deneith's homeland and so during his rise to power Deneith pledged fealty to him. When Galifar I united the five nations in 1 YK, he ordered Deneith to protect his new unified empire.
