Earth: Year 3030

The Yellowstone Supervolcano erupted, and it hurled humanity into a crawl as it tried to survive an 800 Year Winter. But as the rest of humanity was struggling to survive, a group of scientists decided to experiment with Genetic Engineering, to create humans that would better survive this world. And they created Superhumans, a race of man that had supernatural and extrordinary abilities, such as to control a specific element or control minds or enhance their senses, and all sorts of subsequent powers. Now in the Year of 3030, according to the still-used Gregorian Calendar, and being Superhuman was normal, it was actually less common to have no ability, and laws cater to the more powerful, and nearly ostracize the lesser, whether either side agrees with it or not. One particular powerful man by the name of Lucius Aberdeen, a man who has Romania wrapped around his fingers, has created many enemies, and his antics have sparked the creation of an Anti-Power Organizationc called KATLAN. Will KATLAN conquor? Or will the Superhumans destroy them?
