In the year 2097, Modern society has Created genetic mutations in 5% of the population after being used as super soldiers and worked nearly to death in factories and camps. Shunned upon as freaks and ungodly creations.Then in the year 2257 It was ruled upon that the remaining 2% be banished to a small island of Shankara, A man made island meant to hold a population of 2000 After thousands of years the population is well over 5000 inhabitants and poverty and class deviation runs rampant with no airports or docks. It is all but pointless not knowing where to go only a few have ever left the island. The outside world has forgotten about the them and governments have covered and denied the existence of the island. The Average population knows nothing of the island. But A rare group of misfits might just change that and become the new superheros of the modern world.
