Earth Ayin

The world ended, but the human race didn't.   After the carnage of Gold Morning, civilization as it was known was fractured, spread to the wind. Some world were left relatively intact while others became poisoned wastelands, the billions of refugees spreading across a variety of world, populated and populated to rebuild.   This is one of those worlds.   Ayin, a world where humans went extinct hundreds of thousands of years ago has become the home for a swelling population of refugees from Bet and other lands. As people struggle to thrive, to recapture what was lost criminal elements have found an opportunity in the bordering on Anarchic [Name of Peninsula], and it's main city, New Horizon.   Parahumans, those who were infected by the Shards to have superhuman powers have flocked here, Heroes, Villains and Rogues seeing opportunity. For some, it's a place to forget, others to live up to the ideals that the PRT failed, others still as a place to conquer. Most though have their own unique purpose, their own aspirations.   The world is reeling, the myriad of alternate worlds and cultures spreading. Portals between these dimensions are dense here, opening possibilities and threats alike. This fledgling city will thrive or be destroyed in the struggle between these Parahumans.
