Personal history
Sam was born to Jackie and Logan Wells within the settlement at Boston Park Plaza. She grew up chaffing against the isolationist tendencies of the Old Names who held the most power within the settlement. as the second generation of her family to be born at the settlement many of those who had been there longer believed her family to be below them. This was enough that when Sam was old enough she gathered a group of settlers that was not content with the Plaza and their decision and led them out in the hopes of forming a new settlement. When the small group finally settled on the Boston Commons things began to look up. Sam was quickly instated as the head of the small settlement. And the one to prompt the chance for traders to use the Commons as a market.
Education
Sam went through the same schooling as all of the children in the Plaza, a small school setting where a few of the settlers generally taught the students what they knew of reading and math as well as farming and other skills necessary to survive in the wasteland.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Sam was the one who led the first settlers to the Commons, and the one who planned and led the work in creating the settlement.
Failures & Embarrassments
Sam was considered a fool when she first led the small group out of the Plaza, over time when they lost members it was generally blamed on her. Though many of the situations were unavoidable or something she could not have accurately predicted Sam can't help but agree that she should have been able to do more.
