Earth 7-89 -b

This world that I am about to create will be a land were super powers are bought and sold to most people. The world is set exactly like how it is now business, slang, even transportation the only open thing that has changed is the super human laws.   In 1920 the first sightings of anyone with super powers, it was no small matter most every country was after this person, He then turned towards the war effort leading america to victory ending in him being killed but leaving behind his legacy a child no older then 12 the american government kept him a secret from the world. Over the span of 20 years the government has run tests on that boy to further understand his powers.In 2021 the scientists were able to extract strands of his powers which then branched into new powers. In 2021 super powers hit the market selling them to the top 1% of the world soon reaching the middle to lower class of people.   Now summer of 2031 life goes on with people running entire cities advances in medical science that would've taken centuries. The world is now run off of different agencies or gangs of super powered beings. In 2028 multiply beings began falling from the sky law enforcement assumed that it was just some kids who lost control flying. As police units flew closer to the falling bodies, suddenly the beings snapped into action all reaching the ground with finesse they each claimed to being Gods who have watched over 23 different dimensions and have come to protect this dimension from invaders.
