Earth 2119

I'm writing a sci-fi book that takes place in the year 2119 (No it is not a parallel earth to ours, however I probably will have parallel dimensions/worlds/timelines of this Earth). I found an ad for this app on Pinterest and I thought because I have abysmal drawing skills I thought I could utilize this software of sorts to create a world my book, that will help me have a clearer vision of what I want it to look like.
