Earth 2099 (Supervillains! The Devious and Dastardly Drama of Doom)

January, 2099

Welcome to (what's left of) the United States of America in the year 2099. The 21st century is meeting its close, and everything is getting even worse. Crime rates are up, corporations are getting out of control, the police are getting more violent by the day (if that's even possible), the rich eat the poor, and the government wants you, specifically, dead. The only supposed "allies" the common people have are the superheroes that showed up about 30 years prior... And with superheroes, there must be a supervillain or two lurking around... But maybe these superheroes aren't quite as loving as they've lead people to believe, and maybe the supervillains aren't quite as vile as they let on.
