Transmuter

This Power Type was added to the Frizzell Scale in 2028.
The Transmuter Power Type is associated with powers that turn the user, other people or non-living matter into other non-living matter or phenomenons, such as stone, smoke or electricity. As a rule of thumb, due to the Manton Effect, people touched by a Transmuter power aren't harmed in the process, and can either still function mostly as before, or regain all their function after the effect has been ended. Some exceptions do exist, however.
In 2028, the Changeling Power Type was cut into two different types : Breakouts, who turn flesh into living beings, and Transmuters who turn into non-living matter or phenomenon.
