Outsider

This Power Type was added to the Frizzell Scale in 2028.
The Outsider Power Type is associated with teleportation, portal creation and access to other dimensions. It also acts as a "meta type" for powers that are derived from exposure to extra-dimensional energies or an extra-dimensional being. For now, only one other dimension has been recorded, called Dimension-02, or "Hell". This dimension is filled with heat, radiations and extra-dimensional beings made entirely out of energy and materials that are difficult to analyze.
This power type was added to the Frizzell Scale after Mr. Doom first opened the Gaping Maw and attacked New York with an army of "demons". Since then, a plethora of new superhumans with teleportation-related powers have appeared, as well as Proxy superhumans depending on "demons".
