The Fire Gauntlent

The Fire Gauntlent is an organization created by the The High Order Of Magic with the perpuse of finding "The Lost Tower" (More information . The order focus on training knights, then sending the to quests.

The Searches

The knight focus on finding the lost tower. They go all around the land of Eagsain (usually each knight go alone) and try to find it. Every once in a while, a lead is found, yet they are always dead-ended. The knights always get closer, yet never even close.

outer world searches

The nature of the magic that hid the tower is unclear, therefore there is the possibility that the tower is not in our world. The wizard uses a lot of their powers to search the places beyond our world. Two crusades of knights were sent out of our world:

The crusade to the Sunrealm: a crusade of 21 knights was sent to the Sunrealm. after 14 years and losing 7 knights to monsters, the knights returned empty-handed.
The II crusade (To The realm of earth): The wizards believed the tower might be hidden underground and found its way to the realm of earth, therefore it was the second place to check. 9 knight was sent to the realm of earth, 2 months later the wizards could not content them, and they were never heard of again.

The Training

The training to be a knight is 7 years long and takes a lot of effort and sacrifice. Every year, 100 new students start their training together. from this one hundred, about 70 will quit or fail the training, and most probably become guards for the order. About 28 will die in the process, and only about 2 will become knights. The training is very secret, and the tests are being erased from the mind of the ones that failed or quit. There are about 100 knights in all time, if there is an accident (like in the crusades) and there is a need for more knights, the order will train 2, 3, or even 4 as many knights. Each knight when finishing his training, go through the knighting ceremony. Most of the ceremony in secret, but it is known that in the process the knight are given the known "Fire Gauntlet". A weapon glowing in orange light, hot as fire and strong as a bolder.

Dragons

as the wizards hold a grudge against the dragons (because of The Ancient Wars and Ezarkok), The Fire Gauntlet inherited this hate. The knights are experts of dragons and are the best dragons hunter. The one other thing all knights do except searching for The Lost Tower, is killing dragons. The knights help around the land where they are fighting and hunting dragons, they do that from their hate of dragons, but also for money and fame.

The Average Knight

The knight is known to be not only strong and mighty but smart and wise. In addition to their Fire Gauntlet, each knight receives armor and a weapon of choice. As the knight goes on his journey, he collects more and more loot, mainly dragon scales, which the knights use to decorate and improve their armor. The knights wander the lands, taking rests in their outpost which are scattered hidden across Eagsain.
