New Nyhelion

New Nyhelion is the most eastern city of Groffision and is one of its biggest cities. The city is built on the ruins of the ancient elven city of Nyhelion.
After the attack of Ezarkokk, the elves of Nyhelion escaped to the north, leaving the city behind. The human only came to rehabilitate the city around 700 hundreds of years later.
The city was renewed part by part, starting with the quarter closets to the opening that was created in the wall, and that was near the port, the quarter came to be known as the "Travelers Quarter" as it was the place where merchants sold their good, and where travelers found a resting place. The next quarters were the "New Quarter" (where people mostly live), and the "High Quarter" where the governor and the noble families lives. and finally, there was one part that wasn't renewed, this part is call "The Old City"

The Old City

There is one part of the city that is called "The Old City" or the "Ghost Town". This part is the part of the city where the attack hit the hardest, and where the magic tower was and still is. This part is believed (rightfully) to be hunted and full of monsters, and because of that people don't go deeply into it. Even though the deep parts of the Old City are dangerous, it doesn't prevent sketchy people to leave in its margins, for cheap and away from the law. There is a rumor of the existence of an ancient elven library wich attract a lot of scollers, this scollers get out with nothing if they are lucky, and if they are not, they only find their deaths their.
