Dystopian Sweden

March 24th, 2049

It is the year 2049. It has been thirty years since the ratification of Article Thirteen in the European Union. Enter a dystopian Sweden ridden with illegal meme deals and smugglers all seeking a world the way it once was. An army made for the soul purpose of regulation and enforcement have now vastly overstepped these boundaries, being responsible for deaths in the hundreds. The country--if not Europe as a whole--is in a state of chaos and dysfunction. All hope seems lost, and it has been years since the glory days of a rebellion; the Meme Rebellion led by Stephen A. Messer, and since his tragic death they have gone into hiding. For decades the world has remained in an ominous and despairful silence, but word is spreading, rumors are building, and there is a whisper in the breeze that speaks of a rebellion's rebirth, a fire reignited, this time to set the world into a blazing inferno.
