In the world of Dyrn, Halflings are the mixed lineage offspring of other races. Tending to slightly shorter stature, they display a wide variation in physical characteristics depending on their racial backgrounds.
Optional Trait: Halfling Lineage
This replaces the Size and the Halfling Luck traits.
You may choose your size, either small or medium.
In conjunction with the DM, you may select one race that shares your size and is found elsewhere in the setting, excluding Orcs and Elves. You may choose one racial trait for that race and that trait becomes a Halfling racial trait for you. This trait cannot include a feature that would increase an attribute (for example, the Variant Human Feat trait).
