Whistling Blades

Whistling Blades is a smithy and weaponers shop run by a crotchety old gnome who goes by the name of Redcap, due to his distinctive head-wear, a bright red Phyrgian cap. Redcap doesn't have the best customer service skills, but he'll always run a fair trade.
He'll tolerate haggling up until a point, after which he'll kick the skinflint out of his shop, or rather have his half-orc blacksmith Rawhead Bloodybones do it for him.
