Lesser King Rizzan

The Lesser king of the Nuritian is a bugbear named Rizzan. He is a very dower and serious man but does enjoy a good joke. He likes all people from Nuritian he cares more about his survival than anything else. He is not the most honorable of the kings, but honor doesn't matter when it comes to his survival. He doesn't really know Alaric but likes how he is smart leader, however like all Nuritian kings he does boast that he could beat him any other king in a fight
