Personal history
Servia Aurelius Testudo was the niece of the previous Coronatus Testudo, Gaius VIII. From birth she was considered a lucky child due to her being born on a leap day as well as being born to an older mother. She spent her youth in service of the temple to Iustitias as a priestess. She also was a keen student of history and rhetoric, choosing to avoid military education as much as is possible for perigrinian children.
Due to a lack of children, Gaius VIII named Servia as his heir, believing her to be a wise and cautious ruler suited to the relatively peaceful role of Coronatus Testudo. Upon becoming monarch at the age of 26, she threw herself into the role and have attempted to push for numerous reforms favouring poorer citizens of the nation. Additionally, she dedicated herself to the planning of extravagent and beautiful festivals.
